SAN MARTÍN Kicillof: “Al trabajo infantil se lo combate erradicando la pobreza, la falta de inclusión y los problemas de distribución del ingreso”
El Gobernador participó en el barrio La Carcova de una jornada de concientización y acceso a derechos vulnerados por el trabajo infantil.
El gobernador Axel Kicillof participó esta mañana de una jornada organizada por la Comisión Provincial para la Prevención y Erradicación del Trabajo Infantil (COPRETI). Fue en la Biblioteca y Centro Cultural La Carcova, junto a la ministra de Trabajo, Mara Ruiz Malec; su par de Desarrollo de la Comunidad, Andrés Larroque; el intendente de San Martín, Fernando Moreira; el secretario ejecutivo de COPRETI, Juan Brasesco; el referente de los curas villeros José María “Pepe” Di Paola; y el presidente de la biblioteca, Waldemar Cubilla.
“El trabajo infantil es un síntoma de situaciones muy injustas: impedirlo es una obligación del Estado y, para eso, lo más importante es atacar los problemas estructurales que los generan”, sostuvo Kicillof y agregó: “No lo vamos a solucionar solo fiscalizando y multando, sino erradicando la pobreza, la falta de inclusión social y los problemas de distribución del ingreso”.
La jornada se llevó a cabo en el marco de las acciones por el Día Mundial contra el Trabajo Infantil que se celebra el 12 de junio. Fue organizada por la COPRETI junto a la Biblioteca La Carcova, el Comedor El Progreso, el Comedor de Rafa, la Parroquia del Padre Pepe y el Municipio de San Martín. Contó con espacios de documentación, trámites migratorios, acceso a la salud, regularización de condiciones de trabajo y recreación.
El Gobernador agradeció “a todas las personas y las organizaciones que trabajan con convicción para que las condiciones de vida en los barrios sean cada día un poco más dignas”.
Por su parte, Ruiz Malec resaltó: “Sabemos que el trabajo infantil no es una problemática aislada, sino que tiene que ver con la falta de oportunidades de los padres y las madres”. “Por eso venimos a apoyar y aportar en la construcción de comunidad, conscientes de que nadie se salva solo y de que la única manera de salir adelante es trabajando en conjunto”, añadió.
En tanto, el intendente Moreira remarcó: “Hoy la infancia es un tema que está nuevamente en agenda y las políticas públicas para el desarrollo integral de las infancias y las adolescencias son centrales, por eso invertimos junto a la Provincia en infraestructura, escuelas, jardines, centros deportivos, y promovemos la participación de las organizaciones sociales”. “Nos sentimos acompañados y vemos los resultados y el progreso que se genera a partir del trabajo articulado entre la comunidad y los tres niveles del Estado”, dijo.
La COPRETI funciona desde el 2004 en el ámbito del Ministerio de Trabajo bonaerense. Es presidida por la ministra Ruiz Malec y está integrada por organismos de los poderes Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial, asociaciones de productores, sindicatos y organizaciones sociales. La Carcova es uno de los 38 nodos de acción que sostiene para articular las políticas del Estado tendientes a prevenir y erradicar el trabajo infantil y garantizar así la promoción, protección y restitución de los derechos vulnerados de los niños, niñas y adolescentes.
“Esta es la expresión de la comunidad organizada que, junto con el Estado municipal, provincial y nacional, lleva adelante lo que denominamos como Nodos de Acción contra el Trabajo Infantil”, sostuvo Brasesco y agregó: “Ya contamos con 38 de estos espacios que promueven el acceso a los derechos a partir del trabajo articulado en el marco de la COPRETI”.
El padre Pepe enfatizó que “estamos aquí porque creemos en la comunidad organizada y estamos trabajando juntos para mejorar nuestro barrio de La Carcova”. Asimismo, Cubilla expresó: “Este es un claro ejemplo de que, cuando nosotros nos organizamos, podemos hacer de nuestro barrio un lugar mejor, para que las niñas y los niños tengan lugares dignos para salir a pasear, jugar, hacer deportes y educarse”.
Por último, Kicillof subrayó que “el Estado tiene que estar allí donde hay necesidades para perseguir la justicia social”. “Tenemos que trabajar para distribuir, incluir y brindar igualdad de oportunidades: nadie puede estar condenado por el lugar donde nació a no tener trabajo y que se cumplan sus derechos”, concluyó.
El Gobernador recorrió la obra de construcción del Espacio de Infancias y Adolescencias La Carcova y fue entrevistado por jóvenes en una radio local. Además, estuvo presente en el descubrimiento de un mural que hace referencia a la lucha contra el trabajo infantil y visitó los espacios destinados a talleres de música y bailes.
Estuvieron presentes también el jefe de Gabinete del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nación, Diego Perrella; el subsecretario provincial de Derechos Humanos, Matías Moreno; el diputado nacional Leonardo Grosso; el presidente del Concejo Deliberante de San Martín, Sergio González; y dirigentes locales.
